It looks like the two are rotated by a 1/2 point resolution. When you look at the edges of the ellipse that was cut through the pad, the hole pattern on the top part of the pad is different than the hole pattern on the bottom of the pad. I then zoomed in and noticed something odd with the part itself before the export. I tried exporting a few more different ways to no success. I went back and looked at the export file and, sure enough, the ellipses did show multiple arcs. However, when the table started cutting it, the plasma cutter would make a lot of chopping movements while cutting out the ellipses, as if it were cutting multiple lines. My guy was able to import in into their software to send to the plasma table. I then select the part in the tree and export it.įrom a viewer it looked okay. I exported the file like I normally do by first ensuring that the face is perpendicular to the camera view so I'm looking at the right face I want to export. ![]() I ran into an odd problem when trying to export a face of a part as a DXF.
